So glad it’s Friday, and not just for the usual reasons. We are headed out for a end of summer beach trip to Hilton Head, SC. My little man is out of school for Fall Break, and sun and sand is heaven on earth to us. One last summer soiree for us until Fall arrives, I am so pumped!
So, I thought it would be great if The Stylish Planner readers could share in my pure joy about getting out of town. While shopping for a few things for the trip, I picked up an extra one of these:
This is the cutest accessory bag I’ve seen in a while. It has a zippered compartment for your flat iron and two compartments for your jewelry or make up. Don’t you just love the Tiffany Blue graphic print?

Just generally in the fall I love that I get to pull out my jackets and coats! For me, a jacket/coat is the biggest fashion piece I can wear – it has to be the right color, material, shape – because face it: during the cold seasons it’s pretty much the only thing that 85% of people you come in contact with in a day will see you wearing! Most people won’t know you have a cute blouse, sweater, or scarf under there.

I love fall colors! Pulling out my boots with a mid length skirt & cute tee throwing a scarf.around shoulders is comfy, stylish, & goes from office to dinner or even a friday nite game….

I have two! One is recycled from a couple seasons ago and one is brand new. Ive broken out my black military jacket with the huge brushed silver buttons and epaulets on the shoulders. Not the huge, gross epaulets…just enough so you know its military. My second piece is new: black denim motocross jeans. Love the detail at the knees and cant wait to wear them with my platform heels!
