In September 2008, I was working a wedding that was at the home of the Groom's family. I was starting to make the rounds to get family pictures started and I noticed the mother of the ringbearer.. well freaking out. I walked in the room and the suit was literally falling off the little boy! Apparently, he had been sick all the week before and lost weight in the process so now his tiny little tux was falling off of his even tinier little body! So... after 20 minutes of fashion taping, velcro-ing, safety pinning my brains out, we finally were able to keep his pants up and his vest on and the little coat he was wearing covered it up quiet nicely ;) THEN about 10 minutes later one of the Bridesmaids ripped the hem in her dress! Luckily I still had all the "fix it" stuff out, added ta needle and thread to the mix and began reattaching her hem. Oh that crazy day! Not fun at the time, but hilarious to me now! You can't even tell in all the pictures! ;)

I wasn't help planning the wedding, but I was a guest at a wedding where the bride's extensions starting falling out when one of the flower girls got their barbie brush and starting going to town on the back of the bride's head. Of course she didn't feel it because it wasn't her real hair...I think the savvy planner just chose a different hairstyle to cover up the newly bald spots, which made the extensions a waste of time and money. But, the bride didn't mind at all since she got to walk down the aisle looking and feeling beautiful!

The sole of a groomsman's rented tuxedo shoe (the color gray, not traditional black) peeled almost all the way off minutes before the start of the ceremony. We used black electrical tape around the heel and the leg of the pant covered the tape.
