You’ve found your “go-to” shoe that offers both style and comfort throughout your event.  But some days, the “go-to” shoe goes wrong and even slipping into your trusty foldable ballet flats doesn’t help your tired and achy feet.  By now, you know that only a good foot soak will do.  While Epsom salt is well known for its soothing and detoxifying properties, tea is another valuable alternative.  Fill the tub or basin with hot water, place a few teaspoons of an herbal loose leaf or a couple of ordinary tea bags in the water and let the tea steep for several minutes.  Add a bit of cooler water to tub or basin until you’re comfortable with the temperature and relax.  You can also add drops of essential oils to the Epsom salt or tea soak to really enhance the experience.  Add some candles, soft music and wine to create your own spa-like experience.  Experiment to find the perfect combination for you.
